My Process

Everyone has their own way and approach to solving problems. As I work in different companies, I am always picking up new ways of solving problems. Here are some of the things I have picked up along my UX journey so far

Anybody can design a solution, but it is not always the right one. As a designer it is important to understand the problem first before jumping into a solution. Doing this allows for a much smoother design journey and leads to better outcomes. When defining any problem, I always make sure to answer these 5 questions.

  1. What is the problem?

  2. Who is affected?

  3. When does it happen?

  4. Where does it happen?

  5. Why does solving it matter?
