Human-Centered.
I studied Computer Science before starting my career in customer service at the Apple Retail Store and then finding my way into design. My personal values and lived experiences have equipped me with empathy, problem-solving and attention to detail - the secret weapons that make me a great designer.
Adaptable.
Working in multiple fast-paced environments from startups to large-scale enterprises in healthcare, retail, loyalty/rewards, hospitality and finance have exposed me to different ways of working in different industries and made me versatile.
